Veggie & Tofu Pot Pie filled with carrots, peas, potatoes & tofu with a creamy potato sauce nestled in a flaky, whole wheat pot pie crust served with Cinnamon Apple Orchard Salad.

This dish can be made Gluten & Soy free upon request. (Soy free option available with Chickpeas instead of Tofu. A gluten-free option is available with potato hash brown instead of whole wheat crust).

One size pie (9″) provides 4 generous servings.

This is a great dish for freezing for a future feast!
