Plant Peace Movement
Plant Peace is excited to offer, Cultivating Seeds of Peace Through Movement. This is a bi-weekly gathering to inspire movement & activity to keep our bodies healthy and immerse ourselves in nature.
Just like choosing the best foods to feed your plant based lifestyle, incorporating exercise to strengthen your heart and lungs is key in supporting this healthy lifestyle. We will gather together for friendship and fun while we are in motion on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month at 10 am. We will pick a place, park or trail to meet up and walk at your own pace (weather dependent). This will be approximately one hour of beginner friendly active movement & walking. Please bring a water bottle and snack.
I feel like spring time is the perfect time to watch all the new life emerge from the grasp of winter while stretching our own legs and lungs walking through nature together. This is a great way to gather as community and breathe in the new and exhale the old.
