Awareness & Education

Learning is at the heart of a whole food plant-based lifestyle — stories, inspiration, books, and shared awareness.

VegAnne hosts a free monthly Plant-Based Nutrition Support Group (PBNSG) and provides educational resources to help people learn and grow a healthy plant-based lifestyle in an open-minded environment.

Awareness and education sit at the heart of any whole food plant-based lifestyle, and this page gathers the stories, inspiration, books, and shared experiences that help people understand what it means to eat well and live well. Inspired by the idea that food should be our medicine, the content here explores nutrition in plain, approachable language so that newcomers and long-time plant-based eaters can learn together without judgement or restriction.

The free monthly Plant-Based Nutrition Support Group provides an open-minded environment for anyone curious about whole food, plant-based nutrition and general wellness. Rather than prescribing a single way of eating, the group encourages conversation, shared knowledge and practical exchange, so participants can ask questions, compare experiences and take away useful ideas they can apply in their own kitchens and households.

Alongside the support group, educational resources such as the blog, class offerings, and rotating topics extend learning into cooking, dietary lessons, and customized coaching for specific ailments and dietary conditions. The aim is simple: build confidence and knowledge about plant-based nourishment, support human, animal, and environmental wellbeing, and help each person improve their own health through a wholistic, dedicated approach to food and everyday habits.
